About Whitley Knight
Whitley’s debut novel The Dragon Academy was a 15 year journey. At this pace, you might think she spent her life surrounded by turtles rather than cats, but alas, she’s always favored felines above all animals (except red pandas). Video games, puzzles, and k-dramas are the largest thieves of productivity in her life. And we can’t forget to mention audiobooks, but they also help her with laundry and dishes, so they get a pass. When she does finally get around to writing, it’s usually from her porch swing or in a comfy yellow chair by the fireplace.
She hails from the shores of Mississippi, has roots in the countryside of Alabama, found her family in the cherry blossoms of Maryland, discovered her love of rocks in Vegas, and plans to grow into an old crone in the northern wilds of California, unless she gets stolen away by dragons…
